Hoop Dance Foundations pt.1
Welcome to the first of many Hoop Dance recorded classes in a soon to be series. This workshop is made with the intention to give you a bunch of new and maybe old moves to play with in addition to my personal favorite ways to stylize the tricks and transitions. Organized into two parts, the frontal and horizontal plane. For frontal we cover variations of isolations, chest rolls, foot hooping, and combos to put them all together. For horizontal plane we cover variations of on body shoulder hooping, flares, stalls, and lots of tips for finesse and how to make it all a dance. The class also includes my favorite way to warm up and prepare the body for movement. I encourage all levels to try this workshop (playshop).
