Pole Prep
This is a compilation of my favorite mobility, active flexibility, ballet, and strengthening exercises to prepare the body for pole or any form of movement. No pole is necessary for this practice! Just a yoga mat. You can choose to add ankle weights to any of these exercises but I do recommend feeling very comfortable with the technique before adding any additional weight.
